Headquartered in Vancouver, Canada, Concord Pacific is Canada’s largest community builder. Since its inception in 1987, Concord Pacific has executed and planned numerous communities across Canada and more recently, in the UK as well.

In June 2016, Concord Pacific showcased their newest master planned community in the Brentwood area of Burnaby, British Columbia to the public. Intergalactic Agency was hired to provide an augmented reality experience as well as an interactive model table.
This project combined many disciplines, from UX to Motion Graphics and 3D Visualization. The result presented the physical build and software development working flawlessly together.

Using a Surface Pro 4 to control the interactive model table, motion graphics played across the four screen table while corresponding video footage was displayed on a 16-screen video wall. When menu items were selected on the tablet, both the motion graphics and videos play simultaneously.
