The Challenge: The City of Coquitlam wanted to showcase the potential of land development and neighborhood livability to future residents as well as developers.

Our Solution: We installed a permanent interactive screen in a cafe-style presentation centre as well as a mobile AR experience that allowed visitors to explore the neighborhood on foot virtually.

The Impact: The finished project has now become a permanent presentation centre for the community and an experiential cafe where future developers and prospective residence gather to gain visualization of the neighbourhood and community. This interactive digital twin of the future development is also being used for city council discussions for city planning.
